|Recommended: YesCV19 Response — Guys – we need to take this time to honestly evaluate things like valet trash and some sort of relief for residents that are out of work. For example, the common areas have been closed for weeks. It would be nice to relieve residents of their April common charge fees. Also, valet trash has been a failed building offering for months now. It is absolutely dangerous for any workers to be picking up residents trash and now more than ever would be a great time to cancel the program. I've spoken with a handful of residents who agree. It's hard to see email comms from management in these hard times scolding residents. While safety is important I think now more than ever management needs to be understanding vs harsh.

|Recommended: YesFeels like a home — Modera Lofts feels very luxury and peaceful. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful- they have the hearts of servants. They know you by name, and really seem to care about your happiness. It's very clean and quiet, maintenance is very responsive. One thing that could use improvement, and it wouldn't take much because the gym is pretty awesome- it could use more ventilation. There are no fans and it gets pretty stuffy.
I am happy to call Modera Lofts home.

Only request would be to re-vamp the gym amenities adding more weights and kettle bells. Spin room never really used could be great to offer other gym equipment. Could use extra stairmaster, etc. would be nice to mimic a more expanded total fitness center.

The apartment unit is beautiful, the building has the right amenities, the staff is kind and hard-working, and the prices are fair. I really couldn't ask for much more

|Recommended: YesBest of all worlds We absolutely love it here — Best apartment we have lived in full stop. love to aesthetic of the building, the staff is super friendly, helpful and responsive and the neighbors are great perfect location and great community vibe. We absolutely love it here we heard some complaints that the walls are thin, and i have no clue where that is coming from, we hear absolutely nothing, and all our neighbors have dogs
