|Recommended: YesThis is only to the current residents at unit 428 - stop having parties and screaming in the middle of the night. Your noises can be heard even in the middle of the hallway. Please be considerate to your neighbors.

The building have nice amenities and our neighbors are the best The most important is the staff that is super helpful specially Val, he always have an answer for our questions and requirements.

|Recommended: YesGreat living space and attentive staff. Staff and maintenance teams genuinely care about resident's needs and do their best to accommodate individual circumstances in a timely manner. The building also throws great events for tenants to mingle my favorite so far is Casino night

|Recommended: YesModera Lofts - Tenant of 14 months — Overall I would highly recommend Modera Lofts to anyone looking to move into the Jersey City area. During my 14 months, I did not encounter any bugs which is a huge plus, my neighbors were all respectful of not making a ton of noise, and the amenities are well maintained.
The only con I could think of for Modera is that the walls are somewhat thin, this isn't the biggest issue though as I found most people are very respectful of noise levels in this building.
Overall I see myself moving back into Modera in the future.
